I build data infrastructure to process user interaction signals from billions of queries a day. These data streams help power Google products and support ML research into user interaction modeling.

Developed content management microservices in the M365 user assistance ecosystem in C# and Service Fabric. I redesigned critical processes to be more performant, reliable, and extensible. I also contributed to React/Redux frontends for internal content management tooling.

Improved the Progressive Web App (PWA) platform for the Chromium-based Edge browser. I contributed to the design and implementation of web standard PWA APIs. I also contributed features to the in-browser developer tools including accessibility improvements and remote debugging capabilities.

Design, code, and maintain web apps deployed on the SharePoint platform. Published apps are frequently used by BYU faculty.
