Movement is the most fundamental tool that we possess as human beings and optimizing this tool should be a goal of anyone. Jack London said that “The function of man is to live, not to exist”, so imagine if our ability to live was lost by loosing our movement. As an AEP, I believe that teaching optimizing our movement is the key to a greater quality of life for all people. Our body is a machine that we use every day but is often not maintained the way we maintain the other machines we use everyday, that's were I come in. My Name is Connor Gutteridge, and I'm an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Registered Personal Trainer. I work with a range of different clients all the way from healthy people, right through to a range of chronic conditions and injuries. I help manage, build and maintain the body through movement and exercise, creating wellness, functionality and ability for all my clients.Am Currently looking for Employment in the Field of AEP or PT, I am fresh out of uni, Hungry and ready to go.
