-Assisted a $1.5 million bus stop improvement project by gathering ridership, income, and demographic data. Over 50 bus stops were then identified for improvement and refurbishment-Aided a $55 million road expansion project by bidding abandoned buildings for demolition to contractors -Prepared bus stop presentations for construction companies to bid on using GIS and InDesign-Identified an additional 45 bus shelters for solar light installation using GIS, field data (shade impact), ridership information, and crime data-Co-lead a $500,000 federally funded bus stop improvement project. 36 bus shelters were targeted for refurbishment.

-Managed the 2017 comprehensive text amendment project for the Village, which includes updates to the Village's zoning, building, and sign ordinances-Reviewed an annexation of property into the Village for future residential development while developing various agreements/letters/notices and Plan Commission report material-Co-lead a rezoning project intended to simplify zoning districts and procedures through extensive research
