Provide credit analysis for a portfolio of diverse borrower types including SBA, Commercial Real Estate, Medical/Dental, and more. Serve as the Team Lead by developing new hire orientation and providing ongoing training to a team of nine. Serve on the Continuous Improvement team developing strategies to improve interdepartmental workflow.

Provide credit assessment and monitoring for business relationships by performing risk-adjusted evaluations using quantitative and qualitative factors including global cash flow analysis and credit grade recommendations. Ensure the integrity of the loan grading system by recommending credit grade changes on existing relationships. In addition, make recommendations on revision to existing commercial lending policies based on current economic conditions, industry trends, and portfolio performance.

As the Assistant Supervisor of the Business Credit Analysis team, I train new associates and lead team projects. My primary duty is to monitor credit exposure and performance of businesses and facilitate proactive management of risks by performing in depth analysis of financial statements. I also serve as the lead in coordinating workflow, and evaluating existing processes to maximize efficiency of the entire department.
