I thoroughly enjoy serving the customer.Throughout my 7+ years of professional experience across a wide array of workplaces, I have continually found success by turning obstacles into successful outcomes for the customer. I can attribute much of this to my tireless work ethic and relentless pursuit of learning. It also comes from my creative, analytical, and practical approach to problem-solving, which I developed while obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. In my current role as a Technical Program Manager for CBRE on the Amazon account, serving the customer means developing technical solutions that service my team, partnering organizations, and Amazon site leaders globally. As a Program Manager on the Specialty Fulfillment team at Amazon, serving the customer meant earning trust through close partnership with vendors and diving deep into data to optimize supply chain performance across the North America Direct Fulfillment network. In other cases, serving the 'customer' sometimes takes the form of leading a team, such as my two-year tenure as team captain of the Men’s Varsity soccer team. Leading a team to success, just like a business, means aligning the strengths of your teammates with the requirements of the game to produce the most favorable outcome for the group. Understanding how to serve the ‘customer’, regardless of the context, is the driving force to the innovative, practical solutions that I bring to all aspects of my work (and life)!
