I’m a personal trainer in Cincinnati, OH trying to help people make a difference in their lives by getting them healthier and in better shape. I’ve played sports my whole life but I never really took strength and conditioning as seriously as I could have so I never reached my full potential as an athlete. That is definitely something I regret. But when I got to college I decided to make a change and started eating healthier and training like crazy. It’s definitely changed my life for the better. I now want to use the knowledge and experience I have gained to help others to reach their fitness goals. I have worked with a variety of people so far in my fitness career including, sedentary adults, kids, weight loss clients, and muscle gain clients. I have also worked with clients with chronic diseases and injuries such as arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic regional pain syndrome, Achilles tendon injuries, shoulder injuries, and knee injuries. I use my interpersonal skills to connect and relate to clients so that they trust me and buy in to what I am selling to them. Clients are people first and being able to connect with them on a personal level is essential to helping them reach their goals. I believe that fitness and nutrition should apply to everyone regardless of what industry they work in. The better we take care of ourselves, the more productive we will be on a daily basis. I want to do my part and help prospective clients reach their full potential not just in the gym but also in their everyday lives.
