As a marketing coordinator, I was responsible for running our Co-op program, as well as enhancing our physician locator to better the experience of patients finding the doctors they need. Day to day tasks involved with this role include: customer relations, customer management, strategy/growth of programs by 20+%, email campaigns sent for customer engagement, data analytics, updating our marketing content to the latest FDA Clearances, and reimbursing Co-branded marketing materials. I was also been giving the opportunity to expand on my role by managing and growing our preferred vendor network, as well as onboarding and optimizing a new Marketing Hub for our practices to utilize.

Assisting in account segmentation projects, monthly practice newsletters, practice social media templates, and submitting files for CN approvals. The focus of my internship has been learning and implementing different ways to assist Physicians and Psychiatrists in an efficient and simple way so they can get our product to customers in their practices.
