My current role at EQT Exeter involves managing the entire development process for any industrial projects (spec, BTS, or TI) in our various funds, as well as collaborating on acquisitions/dispositions throughout Texas. My current role involves overseeing projects in all stages of completion ranging from initial land acquisition & DD, entitlements/permitting, GC selection, and sites/buildings currently under construction. My role includes working closely with our investment and leasing officers on timely responses to RFPs throughout Texas with an emphasis in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Previous regional experience for a wide range of industrial projects includes the following cities: Houston, Austin, Memphis, Nashville, Cincinnati, Atlanta, and New Hampshire. Experience working on both BTS and TI projects for clients such as: Amazon, Fedex, Lowes, Ariat International, Buske, CH Robinson, Helen of Troy, and Weyerhaeuser. Project experience outside of traditional, spec industrial includes: heavy civil utility and infrastructure improvements, sitework for large-scale/master planned industrial parks, mid-rise office & medical office buildings, tiltwall retail centers w/ grocery anchor tenant, heavy manufacturing, cold storage, and pre-engineered metal buildings w/ large-span structures.
