•Developed a MATLAB simulation for the VT Hume Center modelling extreme Doppler effects in order to minimize negative impacts when communicating through the atmosphere to spacecraft by implementing a Farrow Filter to simulate a modulated signal experiencing extreme Doppler effects in order to reduce Symbol Error Rate (SER). •Completed team building/improvement training in order to communicate effectively with the team and develop a superior simulation.
