After earning my B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering, I spent eight years as a Research Engineer at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). At NREL, I helped develop pilot-scale heterogeneous catalysis systems for producing high-octane biofuels, resulting in several high-impact publications and patents, as well as industrial collaboration to bring these new technologies to market.
