Chromalloy Arizona specializes in the repair and manufacturing of engine turbine blades and segments. As an Engineering Intern, I have: - Worked in partner with Senior Engineers to provide oversight to the manufacture and repair of turbine engine blades and nozzle segments. - Performed two major Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA's) including an innovative fixture design to improve the ergonomic standard among production-floor operators. - Conducted multiple technical document revisions and submitted them for senior engineer and quality review. - Analyzed operator efficiency through time studies to discover "wrinkles" in the repair process that can easily be ironed out to reduce TAT and improve sales. - Project Lead for a CapEX project to resolve an EH&S concern that allowed me to gain confidence using NX, collaborate effectively with multiple team leads, and represent the company to potential suppliers when receiving quotes on future machinery.- Effective understanding of multiple softwares including NX, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, etc. - Studied but not certified in Six Sigma.

- Utilized 2D and 3D design print softwares including Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Octoprint to run on laser cutter machines and 3D printers. - Communicated with fellow students and faculty to understand the assignment they had and their goal for their print.
