My role was to restore second-hand or damaged items and actively sell them. • Being a client-first company- ensuring they have the best possible experience. • Communication- persuading customers to buy our product instead of competitors. • Negotiation- finding a balance between a fair deal and good profit• Working in a sustainable manner- working with an environmentally friendly mindset reducing waste. • Maximining profits- by reducing the departments costs and finding new ways to make money.
