As the Senior Manager of Technical Support, I'm responsible for two primary areas of focus. First, I'm responsible for monitoring, responding and diagnosing failed data through the SPS data center. Secondly, I manage the filter point between our customer success teams and Development. I manage a team of individuals with a variety of backgrounds but we all have a passion for problem solving. Together we solve customer, data mapping and platform bugs on a daily basis.Over the past 6 months I've developed a series of reports and presentations that provide visibility into how different ecosystems utilize the SPS network. By analyzing data center connections and pairing them with support, implementation and development interactions, I provide stakeholders with recommendations on how customers can get the most value out of our products
