I adopt a positive orientation to learning from new situations and challenges. Working within the MI Team has made me a more attentive person by improving my listening and reasoning skills as well as further improving my planning and organisation skills. I am an optimistic and enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team as well as independently. I am computer literate and a have working knowledge of Microsoft software packages, such as Power point, Word, Excel & outlook. I am well experienced using SQL after having 6 years' worth of experience as well as using SSRS (SQL Server reporting services) for the same amount of time. I believe organisation is vital to assist Team members achieve the same goal and progress on every level. Being organised has also helped me with time management and meeting deadlines. Problem solving is key in everyday work life as an MI analyst and I have used this skill during my time as an MI analyst and have felt it has greatly improved throughout my career.Communication and Teamwork:I can communicate ideas effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds and bring others round to holding a desired view directly and indirectly. I am confident person with excellent interpersonal skills. I can work well individually and as part of a team. Working as part of an MI team I have learned that communication is key to ensure reports are all using the same logic and we all get the same results.
