I would direct victims and witnesses to their separate waiting area. Direct any police officers to sign in and report to the witness coordinator followed by going to the second floor report writing room. Conduct 2 way radio traffic with all members of security and 54-A District Court officers/clerks. Inform maintenance of any building safety concerns security comes upon or that's being reported. Confirm appointments and meetings for persons arriving for specific departments or personnel. Most importantly, keeping the people in Lansing City Hall safe, monitoring the lobby and entrances to Lansing City hall.
