Build and automate processes to clean, filter, and randomly select recipients to survey out-of-client sample files. Work with both an internal team and the client team to develop business rules to apply to the file(s) on a predetermined timeline to get feedback on customer experiences with the client. Analyze and suggest avenues of improvement for the client to take which could improve their customers' experiences with them going forward.Key Contributions:Detected and notified a long-standing client of a file issue and suggested several solutions that I could implement along with the pros and cons of each solution before implementing the selected solution; this saved my team hours of manual work each month.Managed sample cleaning, processing, and surveying of 16 projects simultaneously. Constantly finding new ways to automate, optimize, and improve survey response rates through various modifications to email invites and the project's business rules.Took over a long-standing project for a team member with an hour’s-long manual process. Within the first week of having the project, I had written a script to automate all but the necessary manual checks, saving me 8 hours over the course of every week.
