Supported all aspects of new business development activities for a small federal healthcare consulting organization, managing and leading proposal efforts for Health and Human Services (HHS) Clients.

In this current position, I’ve taken on an expanded role leading Business Development and Strategic Growth initiatives, continuing to serve as a liaison between consulting services, operations, and executive leadership to develop projects and initiatives to expand Qualidigm Service lines and operations. Responsibilities include continuing to lead procurement initiatives, on federal, state, and commercial levels; Strategic Pipeline development and acquisition activities responsibilities 4x revenue grow targets; cultivation of new and existing strategic partnerships, focusing on growth and expansion of existing service lines.

As Sr. Proposal and Contracts Coordinator, I saw ever-increasing responsibilities within Qualidigm’s Business Development unit, performing contracting and proposal management duties for an increasing state, federal, and private business portfolio. Qualidigm saw a year-over year growth of 15% and maintains an active portfolio of 60 contracts, over which management of clients and terms was my responsibility. In this role, I worked to establish a broad spectrum of relationships with clients and partners, develop detailed knowledge of strategic priorities, organizational processes, and operational needs to identify synergies and areas of opportunities for business growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, including a company Net Promoter Score of 72. In this role, proposal management responsibilities include project planning and proposal development excellence, working with internal stakeholders to align opportunities with strategic priorities, & ensuring success through project implementation by the effective identification and engagement of company resources. This requires cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships and strong collaboration with internal Qualidigm team members to deliver on identified strategic opportunities, as well as managing outside of traditional lines of authority, both up and down the organizational chart. In this role, I have managed a proposal portfolio in excess of $25 million, as well as successfully attaining positions on large federal IDIQ vehicles. Additional responsibilities included providing support to C-suite executives around Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities due diligence pertaining to contracts, finance, and operations of the acquired company, as well as strategic communications support regarding messaging and contractual assignments.

In an entry-level role, stemming from my time as an Intern, I supported the Business Development unit at Qualidigm, actively providing support in pursuit of competitive captures of significant size and complexity of scope related to requests for proposals (RFP). This including increasing project management responsibilities relating to the RFP response process, through RFP release to the final submissions of proposals, including proposal drafting. Additional responsibilities include internal contract management activities, ensuring successful contract kick-off and handoff to finance and operational staff, and successful contract closeout processes. Within a small company, I supported operations as a project manager on a number of internal operation projects, including:•2017-2018, Project Management, Office365 Implementation: Worked with Network Administrator and Communications team to select and transition to a cloud-based network infrastructure and develop an internal implementation and training plan for staff as a result of the BC/DRP•2017, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive BC/DRP following a headquarters relocation. Worked directly with C-Suite executives, service line managers, as well as finance & operations staff to outline current operational capabilities and develop layers of contingency planning. •2016-2017, Headquarter Relocation: Served as the project manager for the relocation of a 65-person headquarters into a newly purchased and renovated suite, coordinating and executing all logistics, including procurement of vendors.

As a Business and Compliance Development Intern, I was involved in numerous aspects of Business Operations within Qualidigm. A major part of my experience involved actively providing support in pursuit of competitive captures of significant size and complexity of scope related to requests for proposal (RFP) response efforts, all with the goal of attaining Qualidigm's strategic growth objectives.This work included supporting all stages of the RFP response process, through RFP release to the final submissions of proposals, including proposal drafting. With this opportunity, I gained experience working with a variety of local, state and federal agencies including: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, US Department of Veterans Affairs, State of CT Department of Health, as well as collaborating with upper-level program management, contract management, business development and finance personnel. This opportunity enabled me to gain further experience with managing the business capture process via the use of workflows, SalesForce and other online resources such as the E-pipeline government contracting database. I was the Project Manager on the effort to overhaul all of Qualidigm's policies and standard operating procedures for the organization, requiring me to coordinate with colleagues and up-lines to rewrite language, meet deadlines, and deliver streamlined documentation for each department, including compliance, finance, HR and consulting services.
