I am an strength and conditioning coach with a rich history in BMX racing, holding 4 British Championship titles. I have recently graduated from The University of Salford , achieving a first class honours within BSc Sport Science: Strength & Conditioning. Additionally , I am planning to complete my masters degree within Strength and Conditioning in 2024!Alongside this I am a BMX coach, helping riders get faster and achieve their goals on the sport of BMX racing! So far my riders have won British Championships titles and reached semi finals at the UCI BMX World Championships. I am apart of the North Region Development Centre, which is the first step of the Olympic development pathway within BMX, within this role I aid with talent ID and progress riders into becoming potential future athletes. Alongside this I aid the NSR (National School of Racing) at British Cycling, delivering professional Supercross training and athlete development to world class young riders before they take their next step into a professional junior academy role.
