Assisted the Senior Equipment Manager with the day-to-day management and preparation of equipment for both training sessions and home or away matches. Provided everything needed to allow the staff and players to be adequately set up to consistently perform at the highest level. 2023 Central - Conference Valley Division Champion.Preseason preparation consisted of inventory management for newly ordered equipment and gear. The equipment room was organized by item, size, and quantity to prepare for player arrivals.In-season focus shifted to early arrivals for every training session and game day to prepare equipment, assist with any questions or additional needs, and clean up. For home matches, I was tasked with preparing the locker room for both the home and the visiting team. Preparation included the set up of food, water, fans, towels, soap, and rehabilitation equipment, amongst other needs or requests. On away trips, everything was packed the day before a match and loaded onto the bus before players and staff arrived. I assisted with handing out pre-game meals during stops along the trip. During the match, I was present on the bench and assisted with urgent requests from players, staff, and referees. I also was in charge of preparing the locker room for halftime and post-game procedures. After the match, the equipment was collected and the locker room was cleaned in a quick and orderly fashion. Postseason inventory checks and meetings were held to discuss offseason preparation for next season.
