Each of these skills can be seen below:- Project management: As a SGSR, our team focuses on creating high grade training materials for new projects on-boarded by our department. We regularly work with stakeholders ensuring the needs of the business are met while balancing the needs of the department to train confident and efficient representatives.- Quality Reviews: As a SGSR we assist with maintaining regular quality checks within the department. It is our job to ensure the reviews we provide each representative is qualitative and has a measurable goal.- Agile Sprint management: As a SGSR; flexibility, communication and time management are crucial indicators of success.
