I am an intensely curious customer advocate with a passion for technology and software. I have over 9 years of experience leading B2B SaaS teams, working on go-to-market projects, building out product roadmaps, designing pricing and monetization strategies, and managing CX orgs. In the first phase of my career I partnered with customers to build strong relationships and show them measurable value. At Fyber this took the form of optimizing our customer’s mobile games and apps for ad revenue, user acquisition, and retention.At UJET we helped build and deploy AI-powered contact center tools for large support teams. I was their platform subject matter expert and helped them maximize the potential of our platform. I loved this work - it taught me to feel so much empathy for what a customer goes through to be successful. I hired and managed a team of enterprise customer success managers, responsible for retention and customer happiness.I used those customer skills and to analyze where our feature-set was excelling and where it was falling short. I began UJET’s Strategic Operations team with the goal of strengthening our go-to-market, pricing, and monetization strategy, while using customer empathy to plan and prioritize our product roadmap vision. This was a fantastic way to wear a ton of different hats, including product manager and marketer. For example, I was the lead architect of the telecom strategy for UJET’s new OEM partnership with Google - which required heavy engineering collaboration. I also designed and launched an eCommerce offering for UJET’s small to midsize audience.This blend of product strategy and empathy for the customer journey has taught me what it takes to build and ship excellent products from 0 to 1.I’m most excited about collaborating with and learning from world-class peers.
