As a recent graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and a minor in Economics, I am deeply committed to helping individuals from all walks of life achieve their goals, rediscover the activities that bring them joy, and regain a sense of fulfillment. Whether it’s athletes striving for peak performance or patients working toward recovery, I aim to make a meaningful impact on their journey. My experience includes nearly 1,000 hours of shadowing in physical therapy and healthcare settings, working with diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges. I also served as a Sports Health and Athletic Training Intern for the University of Florida’s Division 1 Women’s Soccer Team, where I gained hands-on experience in supporting athletes through strength and conditioning programs, hydration and recovery strategies, and injury prevention techniques. Additionally, my role as an Operations Supervisor in UF’s Recreational Sports industry allowed me to promote lifelong wellness to patrons, further developing my ability to connect with diverse communities and encourage healthy lifestyles. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I design evidence-based programs to empower individuals to improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. Outside of healthcare, I’m passionate about creative outlets like playing guitar and performing in a local band. Music, with its unique ability to connect us emotionally and evoke deep feelings, has shaped how I approach patient care—prioritizing empathy, connection, and understanding. I also enjoy staying active through sports like soccer and volleyball and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s visiting the beach, capturing nature through photography, or editing videos, I find inspiration in the beauty of the world around me. I’m currently seeking opportunities to apply my skills and passions before pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in August.
