I help energy and utilities businesses transform how they operate by using technology and changing their organisation and culture. Within the energy sector I have worked across transmission, system operation and distribution, retail and regulation in the UK, Europe and APAC. I have led and delivered projects across the full end-to-end life cycle from conception through design to implementation, working with senior executives to achieve their outcomes. I am used to working with both major tech vendors and start-ups to deliver change for my clients but equally comfortable working with business stakeholders on strategy, business case and operating model transformation. Outside of work I enjoy travel - particularly sampling local cuisines - and playing and watching sports (rugby, football, golf, squash).
