Preparing secondary user journeys and testing these via A/B techniques.After launch I was responsible for working with internal and external agencies to produce:Engaging creatives from Display Banner advertising across multiple channels which include; Premium, TV Sync and Retargeting. Designing listings on key web sites and key sponsorship. Design and seek compliance for engaging email communications via IBM Marketing Cloud (formely Silverpop). Work in the Automation project to develop automated solutions for client contact Adobe AEM, Target and IBM Automation.The day to day management of the email marketing tool and setting up and maintaining users, mentoring and providing first point of contact for the IBM Automation relationship. For the last 7 months I have been working on the General Data Project Rights (GDPR) within the Marketing Department. I was responsible for the setting up of the Preference Centre where Prudential customers were able to give consent and set their GDPR preferences.
