I've worked in Telecommunications within Salesforce since 2019, before that I sold Hifi and TV's, as well as living abroad for a year in NL.I'm highly tech-orientated, working particularly with audio and with Salesforce. In particular, i focus on learning and educating. I'm generally focused on understanding complex processes and then translating that into something more understandable. That has served me well in both of those jobs, bridging the technical complexities to those who want/ need to understand them.I'm more focused on "problem-solving" than "sales" which is why I moved over to Salesforce; I like to fix problems and to do that one needs understanding, so I have gravitated towards the more technical side of both of those jobs. Recently that has led me into having to learn how to use BASH, SoQL, KQL, JQL to achieve whatever i need it to do at the time. Mostly self-taught in this regard, though my degree got me some relevant experience in C++ and music/audio programming languages making these skills quite easy to pick up.Recently, I've also been highly focused on bridging end users' ideas/ problems to R&D technical teams in both directions. Organizing communication there as well as just making sure nothing gets missed - while greedily trying to learn anything I can from the tech side in the process.Achievements? In my older Job, i won an internal weekly leaderboard that aggregates sales + customer service shoutouts. This coincided with the week where TV's needed to re-scan. My patience for non-tech-savvy older generation and talking them through a rescan is generally quite high. I like to help people, i like to make them happy.In my current job, i was quick to get level 2 support, and honestly, there have never been any known concerns with my performance. I do the job, I do it well and I do it quickly. I keep an eye on the macro and the micro. Make sure the teams all working towards the same goal, then work on my own projects/problems with as much haste i can without it compromising the quality of my output. I have had a few shout-outs from customers, won an amazon voucher, and shoutouts from other teams for... the above. I'm a people pleaser, and it shows.My degree should be elsewhere on linkedin.
