SPACE-2 is a creative property consultancy company specialising in providing locations, production offices and other production services to the TV and Film industry. We also source locations for photographic shoots and bespoke events. I deal with enquiries from professionals from the T.V. and Film industries who are seeking sites for a variety of production purposes. This ranges from temporary studio space in large warehouses to large empty spaces to park vehicles and use as a unit base.I act as a bridge between the creative industries and commercial property owners. This involves negotiation, client management and dealing with various levels of stakeholders.At SPACE-2 we also manage media production activity on site so that the landlord has peace of mind that their rules and regulations are represented and upheld.
