● Proactively managed a portfolio of customers across a number of sectors, providing the highest standards in customer relationship.● Respond accurately and efficiently to customer requests and complaints.● Maintain relationship with internal customers – registry, ANZ/NBNZ banks, investment management, settlements, legal, corporate finance, client services and sales & marketing.● Maintain relationship with external customers – KiwiSaver providers, auditors, external reporting agencies and trustees. ● Assist with management of the registry new business and transfers team to ensure the processing of all client requests are completed efficiently and with adequate internal controls in place.● Ensure Operational metrics are maintained and processing is within required SLA’s, Investment Statements etc.● Manage all workflow for the team ensuring SLA’s are met and any backlog of work is managed appropriately.● Ensure all reporting is completed as required.● Ensure all related reconciliation issues are cleared promptly.● Develop, motivate and assist in managing an effective team to meet business unit objectives.● Appropriate training, supervision and assistance is given to staff.● Challenge staff through new tasks and increased delegation.● Complete Quality Assurance (QA) checks for Call Back checking, ensuring any issues are raised to Management and are addressed urgently.
