Experienced, award wining senior journalist with a proven track record in national and international roles. I’ve been a multi platform reporter my entire career working across radio, television and digital in short and long form. During an almost 20 year reporting career I’ve developed a deep understanding of the Australian media industry and a wide network of contacts. I also have extensive experience in the field, including working long hours in hazardous environments. I have worked through many natural disasters and emergency broadcasts. As well as global, local, state and federal politics I’ve specialized in key rounds like education, environment, science and parenting. In these roles I’ve been responsible for leading our coverage across many ABC platforms. I’ve been fortunate to have senior reporting roles through most of 20 year journalism career in public broadcast. I live and breathe public affairs and media.I’ve also pursued volunteer work and I’m proud to have work to assist an education charity.
