I worked closely with a cross-functional team of authors, designers, production, sales, marketing, digital and audio staff to ensure multi-component series published to high standard and on schedule. My role also required undertaking research trips and working with teachers and sales staff in international markets to ensure new publishing met demands of teachers and students using the books in the classroom.I was also involved with inclusivity and diversity initiatives at Penguin Random House, including being a member of the Penguin Random House Children's division inclusion group, and working on WriteNow - a writing scheme to find new writing talent from underrepresented communities.
