Liaising with numerous departments including the Buying and Operation teams to ensure orders were followed through correctly and on time.- Providing assistance and guidance on all technical equipment for customers on a global scale, as well as working directly with the Buying team with regards to specific product purchases.- Communicating on a daily basis with the DC, Customer Services, Marketing and Buying teams to help produce and continually move towards a more complete process in regards to stock and communication.- Managed all warranty and returns for any hardware product to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.Achievements- Drawing from extensive knowledge of the action sports industry – in particular, surfing – to collaborate with various other departments on related projects to lend credibility and expertise.
