Responsibility for the global chat team, covering both live and bot chat, including conversational design and all aspects of inbound customer interactions.

Responsible for designing and managing the Digital Development Representatives global on-boarding program. Delivering key elements of the on-boarding program throughout each location whilst developing the individual skills of each Digital Development Representative ensuring digital pipeline acceleration. This includes facilitating face to face content, virtual classrooms and one-to-one coaching sessions.Consult, deliver and drive Digital Demand process improvement and optimisation in line with key stakeholder requirements to ensure standardisation and value retention resulting in a customer focused approach which is in line with the HPE strategy.Integral contributor to the Digital Engagement Centre Management team where accelerating time to value for our customers is the ultimate goal.
