Mosaic is a joint Meteor and O2 Network sharing agreement:Key Responsibilities:- Liasing with O2 staff to ensure correct strategy in securing sharing rights on an individual site basis.- Securing site sharing rights for both companies on sites where one may have not operated previously.- Adhering to budgetary guidelines set out by Finance department on achieving sites.- Securing reductions on existing licence fees of up to 25% on a large portfolio of sites. Excellent negotiating skills required. - Updating respective databases to capture revised terms.- Working with legal departments to ensure all required legal clauses are captured within new agreements.- Excellent understanding of both companies licence agreements.- Reporting on difficult sites and advising on a strategy to resolve issues.- Securing rights on a strict target schedule.

Here I worked on the successful rollout of the 3G project within Meteor whilst maintaining excellent 2G network.Key Responsibilities:- Identifying sites and meeting site owners as per project requirements.- Preparing reports on these sites and selecting preferred option with RF, TXN and Construction.- Negotiating with site owner to secure rights for installation on site.- Planning applications to local authorities where neccessary.- Liase with Legal and Finance departments to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.- Maintain strong working relationships with all site owners within portfolio to ensure no difficulties.- Meet and maintain strong working relationships with multi site providers such as the ESB, Coillte, RPA and Eircom.- Ability to deliver sites in a strict target driven environment.- Ensure all in-house databases are updated continually.- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate under pressure.- Resolving any property issues to ensure consistent network coverage for Meteor.

Primarily dealt in the sales of domestic residential homes but my expertise also included commercial, land sales and lettings. Also worked in the oversees property market and successfully sold within developments in the UK, Budapest and Dubai.Followed sales through from initial marketing of property to the final handover to purchaser.In the process looking after negotiations between both client and purchaser prior to issuing instructions to solicitors.

Full property management service for a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Tenant liaison, rent reviews, lease management and property inspection were some of my key tasks. Excellent negotiating, administration and organisational skills were also required.

Here I worked with a team of consultants in both our Accountancy and Engineering divisions. Major focus placed on Sales and there was ongoing training provided. Daily duties included interviewing, screening of resumes, client visits and ultimately placing candidates in suitable positions. Strict Sales and Business Development targets were in place in this position.
