Leading a team of cross functional business executives to optimise our Order to Cash Processes using Celonis Process Mining. Accountable for identifying process and digital solutions to compress the Order to Cash cycle time while maximising the right first time rate and On Time in Full.Co-lead a team to develop a Digital Roadmap for Order to Cash for Market Operations. This includes• CRM – Use of C4HANA for Order, Delivery, and Invoicing Management• E-Invoicing – Supporting EU mandates (and other markets) to have an e-invoicing solution• Dispute Management - Providing a solution that allows Customer service and Finance integration for managing disputes• Content Management – Use of OpenText to digitise O2C• Parallel Trade – Build more robust diagnostic tools• Analytics – Provide cloud based Predictive Analytics Tools• Robotic Process Automation – Provide Automation tools where needed to optimise business processes

Responsible for maximising the Return on Investment on ERP deployments with commercial markets as well as chairing the Global Commercial Community of Practice. This role partnered with key business stakeholders and the broader ERP/IT organization, understanding how ERP is being adopted and utilized , documenting areas of deficiency, and developing and leading action plans to address. In Summary • The Optimisation Programme was delivered to 20 markets across EMEA/LATAM with over 1100 actions documented and resolved. • 26 Continuous Improvement projects delivered – including 2 Pfizer Recognition Awards

Responsible for roll out of Pfizer’s global business processes to the European manufacturing network as well as External Supply business and European Logistics business. I oversaw a team of 250 people between IT, IBM, Contractors and business resources. Notable projects includedIn June of 2103, I successfully lead the deployment of SAP into Pfizer's Logistic Centres in Brussels and Panama, Pfizer's European External Supply division and Pfizer's Two manufacturing plants in Germany. At the end of this project 70% of Pfizer’s Supply Chain network was migrated onto a single instance ERP solutionIn August of 2011, successfully implemented SAP into Pfizer's pilot ERP manufacturing site in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland. This project formed the template for the remaining plants worldwide.Within Europe, held responsibility for all aspects of ERP program management within the supply chain network. This included budget and scope management, ROI, stakeholder management and programme execution.

He also deployed SAP into Wyeths European Headquarters in the UK and it primary cold chaim packaging site in Havant, UK
