Graduated from QUB with a 2:1 in MEng Mechanical Engineering. My final year project explored the viability of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for double deck bus configurations. This involved through research of the existing ADAS technology. Analysis of UK road accident data allowed me to find critical crash scenarios which were simulated in MATLAB with radar and camera sensors applied to test it's potential efficacy. I was an Manufacturing Engineer intern at General Electric in Lisburn, part of the GE Power division, where I learned about lean manufacturing processes and also got to manage projects for improvements for one of the product lines. I worked for Intel Ireland as a Process Engineer. Completed an 8 month assignment to the development site in Oregon to bring back the next technology (i4) node to ramp high volume product in Ireland. I have successfully qualified 4 dry etch tools for high volume i4 production.Currently working in Survitec as a Project Engineer. Started off in the Aerospace product range and now working in the NPD department.
