Managed the Core Product squad and led the design effort during this period, while we developed Practifi's third-generation product. This product was a ground-up rebuild using contemporary Salesforce technologies, and required a comprehensive technical, functional and UX overhaul, delivered on very tight timelines.Highlights of the new product include role-based applications that tailor home screen content and navigation to the needs of each user, a configurable component library to properly meet those needs (including charts, record lists, metric tiles and more), and a bespoke UX that echoes Practifi's long-standing brand identity within Salesforce's Lightning Platform.
