I always look through an owner's lens when working with clients to put their best interest first. I'm a firm believer in completing quality, honest work. The hard work needed to complete the job is the easy part, problem solving and coming up with ways to save owners is the fun part. I generate business for Oliver and prefer to run jobs from idea stage to design, estimation, contract writing, project management and project completion on my own whenever possible. With that said, I enjoy working with a team, leading and coaching to bring out the best in individuals is at the best interest of the firm and is always at the forefront of my mind. I prefer building relationships that last a lifetime, and am not one who looks only in the short term to cut corners.
