This included providing first and second line support to the department users as well as management of ICT infrastructure. Some core achievements during my time with the Office of Communications include:* Acting as technical lead on a number of core institutional web projects.* Development of an institutional repository (collections.unu.edu). * Implementation of web development workflows, resulting in a marked increase in web service reliability.* Migration of physical server infrastructure to VMWare environment.
