Diploma In Sporting Excellence (Dise) Manager
Current- Develop in conjunction with Head of England Pathways (Female), EPU, RFL Performance Department, Loughborough college and key partners the content and curriculum of the Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE) delivery days
- To lead on the organisation and logistics of the DiSE delivery days, including booking venues, engaging staff, and informing players
- To manage and oversee all female players engaged on the DiSE programme by creating a supportive environment by liaising with Players, Parents, Loughborough College, Education Provider & Playing Club.
- To directly assess, record and report the progress of a minimum of 20 players on the female DiSE and coordinate all other Assessors.
- Assessment, recording and reporting of athlete performance to clubs, Loughborough College and Head of England Pathways (Female)
- To manage the delivery of the Male DiSE programme at the Licenced academies, including consulting with clubs, coordinating central delivery when required and regular visits and meetings to monitor delivery to support.
