The USL League Two (USL2) is a highly competitive, pre-professional soccer league in the United States. It serves as a crucial bridge between elite youth soccer and the professional ranks, offering talented young players the opportunity to develop their skills in a challenging and structured environment. Founded in 1995, the league provides a platform for players to showcase their abilities in front of fans, scouts, and coaches, with many graduates moving on to successful careers in professional soccer both in the United States and internationally. With teams spanning across North America, USL2 boasts a rich history of fostering talent and contributing to the growth of soccer in the country.

• Assist with all match day and training preparations • Learn from highly experienced Head Coach, Martin McGrogan• Provide feedback to coaching staff and players within the training and game environment• Plan, prepare and deliver age-appropriate coaching sessions • Do so in line with the College’s coaching philosophy• Utilise Hudl video analysis and Playermaker Tech to design player performance profiles• Contribute to player recruitment, scouting and talent identification process• Do so internationally and locally• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment • Ensure players are motivated to improve and develop

• Deliver coaching events with leading coaches from around the globe • Enhance the development of players • Provide them with a platform to progress into the professional ranks• With UPSL squad, make tangible contribution to all match day preparations• This includes selection, tactics and analysis• Responsible for scouting potential recruits• Compile in-depth player reports for current players and players of interest • Present findings to the Head of Recruitment• Utilise player data to produce player development programmes to enhance their development

• Manage and drive the performance and development of the Development Phase squad • Do so through implementing tailored, age-appropriate coaching• Ensure coaching is in line with AYSO United’s philosophy, ethos and vision• Proactively support players to facilitate their progression to a professional environment• Set up link with Pro Soccer Consulting • Do so to expose squads to sessions with professional coaches from around globe• Coaching of AYSO United showcase teams at National Tournaments and training camps

• Devise and deliver a training programme directly tied into the club’s National identity framework• Responsible for strategic planning regarding the sporting direction of the club • Achieve this through implementing a playing style, formation and tactical outlook • Ensure this is adopted by all age level teams in the Pacific Hub• Fulfil administrative duties including financial planning and management • This is to ensure continued progression of the club• Responsible for coach education process • Ensure all coaches adhere to the club’s philosophy regarding player development • Ensure continued progression of players • Facilitate their progress into higher age groups
