I'm a seasoned Real Estate Broker with 24 years of specialized business knowledge; 18+ years of Marketing, Promotion & Business Development; as well as 15 years of Property Management experience. Since 2004 I have been involved in Real Estate. Starting in California and later migrating to Washington State. My career in Real Estate started with traditional sales and loan origination and later I added Property Management to my list of expertise. I quickly moved up the ranks from Leasing Agent, leasing between 10 – 17 properties a month; to the New Accounts Agent, signing 15 – 20 properties a month for 3 offices. Soon after, I was entrusted with the management of 220+ properties and a staff of 4 as the Office Manager for the Corona Branch Location and then as the Operations Manager, managing 420+ properties for the Inland Empire. Currently, I assist in the management of 500+ rental properties in the state of Washington, which include single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.As part of my experience, I have offered my expertise in adopting and adapting software tools for the property management industry as well as for each organization I have the pleasure of working for. I personally have developed hundreds of Training Tools provided in various formats through videos, articles, and manuals to create a knowledge base for customers of several software applications integral in the property management industry.
