Plan customized and technical approach to upgrade software and replace obsolete equipment based on user defined requirements. Build business case and develop proposal to negotiate with primary customer for additional project phase worth $10 million. Present design status to up to 300 customer and internal stakeholders at multiple design reviews for program milestones and customer approvals. Lead and coordinate technical and integration product team of 4 organizations and 25 team members to plan, design and manufacture modification to existing hardware.

Designed and implemented virtualized data center prototype for over 200,000 potential global users across multiple security enclaves. Led technical and integration product team consisting of 10 companies and 25 team members to ensure project timelines and milestones were met. Led building of the Engineering Design Model (EDM) in the Systems Development and Design (SDD) phase. Identified and built business case to pursue innovative design methodology for streamlining system, and reducing costs to final product.
