Currently serving as the City of Largo’s Energy Program Administrator. Developing and implementing sustainable energy projects and policies to help meet our commitment to power 100% of city operations with zero-emission, renewable energy by 2035. This includes utility portfolio management, auditing and data analysis, best practice change management, GHG reporting, EV fleet infrastructure management, grant writing and ensuring continued success through consistency and compliance. I currently hold a bachelor's of applied science in Sustainability Management and a Masters of Legal Studies with an emphasis in Law and Sustainability from Arizona State University.My degrees have further developed my skills using Microsoft Office programs to sort, interpret and visualize data. I am skilled in sustainability audits utilizing LEED and ASHRAE standards, developing change management processes, sustainable marketing campaigns, triple bottom line concepts and interpreting environmental codes and enforcement policies outlined by the EPA, DOE and CFR.My experience includes developing and managing contracts and navigating complex legal landscapes to ensure project completion. Identifying funding opportunities for sustainability projects through grant funding, IRA tax credits, and utility rebates. I have managed the certification process of LEED projects, and am knowledgeable in LEED standards for buildings, cities, and operations. As electrical vehicle infrastructure becomes the standard it is imperative to develop projects by planning ahead that prioritize reliability, accessibility, and safety while identifying strategic locations that consider the entity's unique energy, environmental and equitable hurdles.
