Manager of Finance and IT.IEOne of the three-member team responsible for an automobile parts manufacturing facility with $50-$90 million sales, all aspects of the business, including the strategy, planning, and operations. •Determination of organizational structure and appropriate associate staffing levels – 200 – 350 total associates.Senior manager responsible to coordinate and manage Controlling, Finance, Materials, Industrial Engineering and IT, including product cost calculations, financials, budgeting, and five-year business plans, internal controls, vendor sourcing, cost reduction activities, Electronic Data Processing and organization. • Responsible Directly responsible for 10 senior managers, managers, supervisors, and salaried associates, with an additional 40 salary and hourly associates.• Responsible to oversee India Joint Venture plant, including financial results, growth, and production planning
