Administer and develop subject-specific assessments to assess student competency levels and/or individual learning plans.Advise parents and/or legal guardians of student progress to communicate expectations, student achievements; develop methods for improvement and/or reinforcing classroom goals in the home environment.Assess student progress towards learning targets, objectives, expectations, and/or goals to provide feedback to students, parents, and administration.Collaborate with instructional staff, other school personnel, parents, and a variety of community resources for the purpose of improving the overall quality of student outcomes, achieving established classroom objectives in support of the school improvement plan.Demonstrates and differentiates methods required to perform classroom and/or subject specific assignments to provide an effective program that addresses individual student needs.Manage student behavior to provide a safe and optimal learning environment.Monitor students in a variety of educational environments (e.g. classroom, cafeteria, playground, school grounds, hallways, restrooms, field trips, etc.) for the purpose of providing a safe and positive learning environment.Participate in various meetings and professional development activities to convey and/or gather information required to perform functions and improve student achievement.Prepares a variety of written materials (e.g. grades, lesson plans following scope and sequence, correspondence with parents and students, examinations and quizzes, attendance, anecdotal records, etc.) for the purpose of documenting student progress and meeting mandated requirements.Support other classroom teachers to help them implement established curriculum and/or individual student plans.

Process incoming/outgoing ACH wires; accurately approve outgoing wires through bank funds transfer (BFT) system.Communicates with administrators and business partners regarding trust accounts; book and balance wires using various internal documents and reconcile; research and resolve specific questions or problems referencing incoming, outgoing, and ACH wires. Report daily totals of incoming and outgoing wires to Fed Unit in Concord, CAResearch and clear exceptions; pay attention to detail and accuracy to process transactions in a timely manner without error; review and update PGA.

Inputting Notes/Mortgage, Real Estate, and Liabilities onto PaceImaging all note and mortgage payments into the online system for viewing by Bank of America associates nationwide.Contacting business partners and account administrators if and when payment documents are not inputted correctly.

Process transactions accurately and effectively in accordance with established policies and procedures.Assist both platform and teller associates by using in-depth policy and procedures knowledge to handle more complex transactions and issues.Identify customer needs and refer financial products and services to consumer and small business customers.
