Part of Process Historian and Analytics team having the following responsibilities:• Coordinate engineering team on assigned project on remote locations• Implement customized complex and/or standard engineering solutions. • Provide consultancy and technical support for project estimations• Assume complete technical execution responsibility of the assigned project onshore and offshore.• Ensure proper follow up and quality check on the back office deliverable scope.• Complete MES installation and environment setup as required.• Configure the MES system and assist in data loading and testing activities.• Administration of the Windows Server Environment.• Administration of Domain Controller.• TCP/IP network administration and configuration.• Working on virtual environment.• Involved in the writing/co-ordination of Functional Design Specifications and associated documents.• Travel and commission the equipment at client sites• Involved in the testing of all software produced and configuration of systems to satisfy the client’s application.• Historian database architecture implementation.• OPC technology integration.• Database implementation and administration (MS SQL).• Onsite and/or remote support• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Activity areas: Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, Refining, Chemicals & Petrochem.

• Integration of MES system in plant : implementing Continental Standard for Manufacturing • • • Execution System (CamLine) in each new project launch lines.• Setup of PRiME system for new and actual products• Create specifications for equipment supplies based on MES concept• Cooperate with machine suppliers to get the MES (Prime) correct and standardized implemented• Collaboration with production and quality planning for the integration of production concerns• Install and setup clients and applications for production line• Create simulators for equipment suppliers and test function of MES • Tracking projects and validate with Local and external suppliers MES implementation and Equipment validation.• Verify MESSAP communications• Prepare line documentation for MES support production lines in regards of MES downtime ( on duty ).• Support the process engineers to analyses the station failures, data collection for each assembly station• Cross-functional working with internal customer, such as Operation, Logistics, Quality• Create/verify SAP settings (bill of material, routing, cost centre, etc)

▪ Drive the performance improvement of the process steps in his area responsibility: quality (ppm), scrap costs reduction, cycle time reduction, technical availability - OEE (FPY, cycle time, downtime) over all lines where the step is implemented.▪ Responsible for the KPI performance for one group or more groups of process steps, more than one product/ project ▪ Support for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes regarding capability, robustness and capacity▪ Contributor to the global standardization of production processes, and implements the global standards▪ Cooperating with other locations and performance centers, in terms of engineering resources, production equipment and technology, to reach the best overall result in our plant.▪ Actively part of the local project team for product launches with input from serial production.▪ Offers support for the implementation of line changes after SOP▪ Responsible for the technical trouble shooting escalated to him by production or maintenance▪ Acts as mentor for the integration period for new comers▪ Acts as internal trainer for the technical topics on which he has the expertise
