Management of the vendor accounts payable on a daily basis with the correct follow-up in order to execute the correct payments.- Vendor accounting reconciliation ensuring that missing documents are requested on time. - Prioritising cash discount invoices and preparing the payments accordingly.- Audit support. - Credit card bills process. - Respond to all vendor inquiries.- Month end closing duties.- Payments.- Inter-company reconciliation.

Supporting on the daily Accounts Payable tasks with the interaction within different teams in the company.- Validation of invoices and credit memos.- Solving queries related to any order number.- Providing audit information.- Posting of the travel expenses in the company.- Archive of documents.
