Total $12.6 million between 3 projects including; $9 million renovation and addition to relocate, expand and improve their Emergency Center; $1.6 million conversions of patient rooms into administrative areas; and $2 million converting an open air courtyard between 4 buildings into a 2 story mechanical facility for flood protection.

My first out of town project; learning how to successfully operate in a town that was unfamiliar with J.E.Dunn and working to ensure the subs and suppliers wanted to continue the relationship we were developing for future projects.
