The Constructive Behaviors Podcast is hosted by Barb Allen. Barb is a woman with 30+ years of experience in the Construction Industry. After receiving her degree in Construction Management, she spent her career climbing the ladder from Carpenter to Operations Director. She spent time on both the General Contractor and Developer sides of the industry, and the majority of her career as a jobsite Superintendent running projects from Des Moines, IA to Houston, TX. In 2022, Barb started her own business, Levocity, providing Consulting, Training and Public Speaking to companies in the Construction Industry. Through the podcast, Barb shares her experience and experiences to shine light on the amazing opportunities that exist for women in Construction, provide insight into the struggles that women continue to face in the industry, and offer solutions meant to better the Construction Industry for ALL workers today and in the future.
