Consuela Greene is a nationally renowned facilitative leader, activist, capacity builder, minister, and researcher focusing on positive outcomes for youth and families. With over 20 years of experience, Consuela has made significant contributions to a variety of local and national efforts in the areas of positive youth development, education, sexual health, community transformation, and workforce development, with a focus on lifting up and centering youth and families as experts in their own lives. Her approach is informed by her personal journey as a young Black mother raising two sons and her unwavering commitment to equity and racial justice.
