Build and direct the team responsible for data collection, translation, analysis and reporting for YouthBuildUSA and a national network of more than 250 YouthBuild programs.• Provide senior level leadership for agency wide technology planning and implementation including thedevelopment of new data collection tools and robust reporting systems for program outcomes, stakeholderdata, and fundraising data.• Collaborate within the organizational leadership to ensure that the data needs of all program initiatives andfunders are met, including federal funders such as the Corporation for National and Community Service, theDepartment of Labor, OJJDP, USDA, etc.• Deliver contextualized outcomes data to drive program improvement and strategic planning.• Manage DOL contract for technical support and training for DOL YouthBuild grantees.• Present outcomes data for internal and external stakeholders as the organizational expert in nationalperformance measures set by the Department of Labor.• Lead organization through independent 5-year random assignment evaluation funded by the Office ofManagement and Budget and conducted by 3 large research organizations.• Supervise a multi disciplinary team including a software developer, data analysts and helpdesk staff withproject budgets totaling $400K.• Winner of 2012 YouthBuild USA President’s award for service to organization.
